Requirements and Support

Smart Phones

The native app is designed and supported for mobile smart phones and the graphics are optimized for high density screen resolutions.

Mobile Operating Systems

The following mobile operating systems are supported by the native app:

Android Jelly Bean (4.1.0) or higher. Optimized for Lollipop (5.0 or higher)
iOS iPhone only, v9.0 or higher

NOTE: There is a known bug in iOS 11 that may prevent real time notifications from coming in.
iOS 11.1 is reported to contain the fix for this.

 

Desktop and Mobile Web Browsers

The following browsers are supported by the web console:

Safari v7 or higher on OS X; iOS v7.0 or higher
Google Chrome v37 or higher on OS X, Windows, and Linux; Android v4.1.0 or higher
Firefox v32 or higher on OS X, Windows, and Linux
