Prempoint Inc. showcases their mobile app solution that streamlines access control and workflow automation along with making key partner announcements.

Miami, FL – Prempoint Inc. introduces their revolutionary, patent-pending, social access management and publishing system for the Internet of Things that streamlines access control and workflow automation for diverse industries like property management, home services, events, and travel/hospitality. The debut takes place at TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2015 in San Francisco September 21st – 23rd. Additionally, a big announcement highlighting strategic partnerships will be made.  “We are thrilled about coming to Disrupt,” commented Matthew Hartley, CEO and co-founder of Prempoint Inc.  “This is a main stage event for startups.  And, considering our recent developments with our solution and who we are partnering with, we felt this would be a great opportunity for our company to break important news.”

According to Prempoint, the primary market for their small and medium sized business solution are Property Management Companies and Field Service Organizations. Today, these organizations are challenged with managing 3rd party vendors and field staff, and they are looking for ways to improve productivity and delivery of service with their existing staff. “Based on conversations with our potential customers and partners, roughly 40-50 percent of a Property Manager’s time is spent managing vendors. This is an opportunity to have a major impact on their day to day operations and overall business,” said Mr. Hartley. Prempoint’s mobile app solution will streamline self-service access control to various property facilities from gates to sprinklers, provide advanced remote monitoring capabilities of work performed, and automate the work order process.

Some of the strategic partners for the Prempoint go-to-market solution include: TOPS Software and Salesforce.com, for line of business integration and workflow automation; Citrix Octoblu, delivering Internet of Things platform integration for easily extending core automation services; Quicklock/RPH Engineering and MbientLab, offering Bluetooth device integration for door locks, pad locks and wearables; Estimote, providing security and presence validation using iBeacon technology; and Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller and SmartThings, for home automation integration. Google Drive, Drop Box and SoundCloud Cloud services are also integrated with Prempoint.

Prempoint v1.0 is scheduled for release in Fall 2015. Anticipation among existing beta users is very high based on feedback provided during the beta release and on social networks.

The company will be demoing Prempoint at Disrupt SF 2015 to give potential users, customers and investors a firsthand look at what the mobile app solution offers. A video demo can be found here vimeo.com/prempoint/streamlineaccess

Mr. Hartley remarked, “We’re offering the first private social network for the Internet of Things where users can share secure access to anything. Prempoint has a number of use cases and we will be discussing some of these at Disrupt. The way people and things connect are changing and Prempoint is at the forefront of that.”
